The concepts of reincarnation and spirit communication are the main subjects of this book, which is being written primarily for two reasons. First, so that the material could be officially documented and put into a time capsule to be opened mid-year 2067; and second, to help anyone else who has had similar experiences and might be more at peace and even somewhat enlightened by reading the material.
The above terms are absolutely intuitive to most metaphysical students, but to others, some explanation might be necessary since one’s basis of knowledge could be very different from another’s. I will attempt to offer these concepts at a very elementary level. Webster’s refers to the word spirit as “an animating or vital principle held to give life to physical organisms.” The communication mechanism to which I am referring is psychic communication. Much like we accept that radio waves transmit signals from one location to another or from a sender to a receiver, a psychic wave, if you will, is the link that allows thoughts to be transmitted across space and time or, one might even say, outside of space and time as we know it. According to Webster’s, one who is considered psychic is “a person apparently sensitive to nonphysical forces” and it’s my guess the word apparently has to be used since it is not proven according to popular belief nor, thus far, by scientific means. And, of course, people are still trying to prove that they love each other too, right?
