The – Out-of-Body Experiences

Do you remember your out-of-body experiences?  I invite you to read my recently published interview with Kathryn Williams who writes for The in a section entitled, “Healthy Living.” – Included are a few photographs that are very special to me and I would be happy to answer any questions about them or the article itself.  The Examiner – Out-of-Body Experiences

It’s my belief that everyone has out-of-body experiences whether, or not, they are aware of them.  Yes, many of you have heard the phrase by Teilhard de Chardin, a French Jesuit and philosopher who lived from 1881 – 1955.   And he said, “We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience.”  From my own conscious experiences starting at a very early age, I learned this all to well.  So when I heard this beautiful quote several years ago, I silently exclaimed, “YES!”

Now, because of even more unique experiences, it’s become my passion in life to help others understand that these moments in life are very natural!   If you are inclined to read the interview, I do hope you enjoy.  And please fill free to share you own unique OBEs.  ♥

Death – Moving through Dimensions

Excerpt from Chapter 7, “Cords! Our Link to Each Other  and to Our Universe”, subtitle “Parallel Universes”

“As we were told over several sessions…Currently 11 dimensions or parallel universes make up our universe as a whole.  A smaller, very unstable 12th parallel universe existed and, like a big wave, undulating vibration, universe one reached out and touched eleven, causing an event which humans call the Big Bang.  Parallel universe 12 was absorbed by 1 and 11 and provided more heavy mass to make yours reality.  They are dense, not yet stable so there is a veil of separation.  At a point, they will become stable and the veil will disappear.

Dad and Russell stepped aside when my guide, St. Thomas, arrived to explain a little more, knowing my confusion.  “My dear, blessed are u.  The many universes are parallel, same but different.  A universe is only a finite plane with light; 11 and 1 are both dense and reflective of past experiences.  They are identical; have the same time; and are reflective of each other.  A soul can travel to others and back to heaven without the death experience.  Remember, the answer is in the light and the soul has many facets.  Ponder, goodbye.”  Okay, I thought, that’s a lot to ponder!”

The Silver Cord

Excerpt from Love Promised, Chapter One –

Not long after these experiences in the early ‘90s, I began browsing the New Age section of the bookstores.  My silent search to learn about OBEs led me down only a few avenues, as there were not many books written on the topic 40 years ago.  During a trip to visit my brother and his family in Virginia, when I was in my teens, Dad took me to a bookstore at the Edgar Cayce Institute to help me find something that might provide insight into my experiences.  But it wasn’t until later that I purchased an amazing book that brought tears to my eyes: The Silver Cord-Lifeline to the Unobstructed, by Martha Barham, and James Greene.  My quest for answers to some long-held questions had finally been satisfied.  Unlike inspirational books, which were no doubt extraordinary, this one provided knowledge that rang true to my heart and helped me to understand that my experiences were, in fact, normal.

“Even though our body and soul are tightly intertwined and the curtain is drawn during our incarnation, the entity within us has out-of-body experiences (OBEs) all through our physical life….We are not usually aware of leaving our body, as this occurs most naturally in sleep, when the physical body is at rest and safe.”  (Silver Cord—Lifeline to the Unobstructed)

I immediately honed in on the words “not usually,” and feeling relieved while wiping my tears, I was so eager to read more that I didn’t put the book down until finishing it that same weekend.  The authors go on to say that the OBE is very nurturing for us, as we actually go “home” into an unobstructed universe, and we usually don’t have a clear memory since the experience is screened from our conscious mind upon returning.  Furthermore, they say, “this is so designed in order to maximize the challenges during our search for individual destiny.”

To Honor and Celebrate!

Hanukkah and now Christmas, what a wonderful time of the year it is—a time of rededicating a holy temple and then celebrating a joyous occasion, the special birth of a human being who became the ultimate role model for how humans could live their lives on Earth.  And though many of us are still trying to understand more about our creator and more about our universe every day; with the help of Jesus, or Jeshua, long ago, we were able to move past the concept of many Gods to the more logical concept of one.  Then as time progressed, we scientifically learned more about those things we used to fear and worship, i.e., fire, the Sun.   Long ago, we were introduced to the concept that God’s kingdom is within us which gave us a new, much greater perspective on life.  For this meant if the kingdom of heaven was within us, we could not be separate from this omnipotent power many of us call God.   We too learned not to judge, for not one of us is perfect; neither do we always make the better choice.  Though, many of us are still casting our stones on a daily basis.  But one of the greatest gifts that Jesus gave us all was not only teaching us the art of ultimate forgiveness but showing us by example. When he was condemned and nailed to a cross, he said, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.”

From Loved Promised, “The art of forgiveness is learned by the soul, manifested in human form, as a useful tool and positive emotion that brings us back in alignment with who and what we really are—pure love in motion.  When the majority of our society can learn the art of forgiveness, then and only then, we can raise the vibration of this planet.  When we learn that condemnation is born from the ego out of fear that keeps us from seeing the reality in ourselves, we will awaken and won’t feel a need to condemn anymore.”

Thank you Jesus, as we celebrate your birth, for bringing a new understanding to all of mankind and for teaching us this valuable lesson in life.

Indeed, it is a time to honor and celebrate and, more over, to keep this beautiful emotion of gratitude all throughout the year.   For this feeling of gratitude attracts more things in our life to be grateful for!

As Our World Continues to Revolve, So Do We Evolve… “Strive to be happy”

Mother Earth

Not an ending, but a new era beginning as our individual and collective consciousness continues to evolve while Mother Earth revolves!   Stunning new view from space video, click on link above, and you may want to read below some beautiful advice, one of my favorites:

The Desiderata

“Go placidly amid the noise and the haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible, without surrender, be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even to the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story. Avoid loud and aggressive persons; for they are vexatious to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain or bitter, for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.  Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your own career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time. Exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals, and everywhere life is full of heroism. Be yourself. Especially do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love, for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment, it is as perennial as the grass.

Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be. And whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace in your soul.  With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful.  Strive to be happy.”

Battle of Armageddon – What do you believe?

And what I’ve come to believe is that what we call the Battle of Armageddon is not at the end, for there is no end or beginning, just infinity and eternity.  The Battle of Armageddon, more philosophically, is all throughout the journey of living in this world of duality.  It is the silent struggle of either listening to our ego mind or that soft voice within.  But I don’t like to think of it as a battle, for both are necessary to have this experience of being human.  The ego is symbolic of the darkness because it is blind to the truth, and the inner voice is the light leading us on the path.  The two are interwoven in this fabric of physicality. Sometimes we may need the ego to deal with life situations while living in this dichotomy of being human.  But in all cases, our inner voice is the one that, when listened to, will guide us to our destiny.  Knowing and understanding ourselves and how we truly operate is the key to loving ourselves.  And loving ourselves is necessary before we can truly love another or attract one other into our life where the love is exchanged equally—body, mind, and soul.

It was important many years ago, with the discovery of Newton’s laws of motion and their relation to gravity, that we understand the laws governing matter in order to cooperate with nature and to better mankind.  It is just as important now, that we must try to understand the laws of the non-physical universe and apply them in our life every day.  From a layman’s perspective, the most profound impact that the theory of quantum physics may have on the world, when we fully understand the concept, is giving us, as humans, the ability to see ourselves in our daily interactions with others.  I sincerely believe this is what can help lift the illusion our ego strives to understand and conquer or accept.  It will not only help us to look at ourselves through observant eyes but also out into the world with insightful eyes.  It can also help us to focus on what we want or need to change on an individual level.  Understanding how this works on a more scientific level can make it more believable for some.

Do you believe in reincarnation and spirit communication? (excerpt from Love Promised Intro)

The concepts of reincarnation and spirit communication are the main subjects of this book, which is being written primarily for two reasons.  First, so that the material could be officially documented and put into a time capsule to be opened mid-year 2067; and second, to help anyone else who has had similar experiences and might be more at peace and even somewhat enlightened by reading the material.

The above terms are absolutely intuitive to most metaphysical students, but to others, some explanation might be necessary since one’s basis of knowledge could be very different from another’s.  I will attempt to offer these concepts at a very elementary level.  Webster’s refers to the word spirit as “an animating or vital principle held to give life to physical organisms.”  The communication mechanism to which I am referring is psychic communication.  Much like we accept that radio waves transmit signals from one location to another or from a sender to a receiver, a psychic wave, if you will, is the link that allows thoughts to be transmitted across space and time or, one might even say, outside of space and time as we know it.  According to Webster’s, one who is considered psychic is “a person apparently sensitive to nonphysical forces” and it’s my guess the word apparently has to be used since it is not proven according to popular belief nor, thus far, by scientific means.  And, of course, people are still trying to prove that they love each other too, right?
